No, however I did take biology and I grew up in S.La. try cracking a biology text book sometime.....or maybe they didn't have the funds to teach that in the high school you wen to......better yet go see a pond during the summer.

If the filtration system is not turned on when it gets to halfway and it is warmer enough with no wind or any type of circulation it certainly can.

You're right. It wasn't on anybody's radar. Why? Who. The. frick. Cares. That's one of those things to worry about when everydamnedthing else is going so well you have to look for something to fix.
We are not in that situation and haven't been as long as that orange frickwit has been in office.
