You acknowledged CeCe Winans including churches in her tour schedule. When she shows up, she typically sings in the church service earlier in the day before the concert. It's clearly a part of the tour schedule. It's not a popup event. It's essentially a promotional event. Why aren't the cops shutting those events down?

The Power Team does the exact same thing all over the country. Do churches need permits for their exhibitions?
