I answered your asinine question you stupid sack of shite. When the musical group came to our church, there was no sermon, just the music. And it was still worship service.
And for you to claim that church singings are actually concert and thus require a permit just shows how truly stupid you actually are.

That's a much more interesting discussion, especially about the music, ironically. But I won't take his on that trip. At this point. I will say that my idea of a proper religious service does not involve music or creating false energy. I think that it's a very personal and pensive endeavor.
And this isn't a direct reflection on the discussion of this thread. I've never been to a church that didn't have music of some sort. Even traditional Catholic and Anglican/Episcopal services.
The worst experience I think I've ever had in a church was a three plus hour sermon at a black church where, funny enough, he didn't let the choir go very much. He just railed on them for sitting for hours and hours. My guess was that they had not tithed enough in the prior services. So music had nothing to do with it.

Everything done in a church by the church is a legitimate service. This isn't controversial. Churches are used for all sorts of things besides Sunday services.
