No singing at churches in Canada. You need a permit for that!

I’ve long suspected you’re full of shite for claiming to be a lawyer. Now my suspicions have been confirmed. You’re a worthless liar. You’re no more a lawyer than I am the Czar of Imperial Russia

I've said time and time again, his pattern is to require every discussion be guided through the aperture of his myopic retard lense.

Otherwise everything falls apart on him. So he will tirelessly defend that framing.

This is code for "he won't let people create strawmen or digressions from what is being discussed"

Well I rely on the truth and reality, so yes, when you permit fantasy to take over, things fall apart because reality will never be as creative as ad hoc fantasy.

You're detached from reality. Especially when dealing with issues involving Christian's, of whom you have a dysfunctional and irrational fear.

No

Several have even done the the" so you're saying?" Meme to go with it which is classic straw man fallacy

People trying to clarify retarded to support a basis for discussion is not a straw man.

Now have lots of other morons on this board driven by with dumb shite that could be called a straw man, probably,, but those have not been your primary combatants in this thread.

But they keep saying obviously incorrect things, so it's not this.

Here's a perfect example

quote:

A man sang about Jesus at church.

You said that isn’t allowed.

You claimed it wasn’t sincere worship because it was in a city on his concert tour.

LINK

All of that was obviously incorrect AND had already been clarified (giving him the benefit of the doubt).

You're making the simple argument that the state can't be wrong because it passes and enforces laws.

And you're only logical in the same way the "authorities" in this case are - for starters, needing the definition of "worship" to be fluid in application.

As the case lays out, general regulations on churches or practitioners aren't illegal, just as it is in the US.

But if you have a concert in a church? That's different.

No real lawyer would try to argue that a church needs a permit to have a church singing. You’re an idiot.

Not what I said. I even gave advice on the proper response if they are wrong.

I just spent 5 minutes explaining to my 7 year old why we like cushions on the back of our sofas.

That was more enjoyable than even one second spent wondering if Slow is fricking with me or actually autistic.

I'd hope so, because that would be a dishonest way of describing the facts involved. I would never lie like that in a legal argument.

I'd be bound to call this a concert and discuss the regulations that apply to that actual version of the facts (aka reality)

You defined sincere worship

No, the courts did. And has been explained to you, that isn't relevant for discussing SF as his sincerity isn't in question.

You said it was a ruse and that Christians lie.
quote:

Yeah, as in I think he's lying about this being a "worship service".

quote:

I think he's a charlatan

Then you stated that he was sincere. Which is it?
Is he a sincerely religious charlatan?

Is that why you dismiss religious persecution?

quote:

That's because they really want to have have a discussion about supposed Christian persecution

quote:

and then stated that this doesn’t fit the definition

I asked you to define a
quote:

normal "worship service"

You replied:
quote:

Not a stop on a concert tour

So, according to you, going to church in a city on his concert tour does not equate to normal “worship service.”

Remember, you claimed that him singing about Jesus in church was a concert, and not a normal worship service. Yet church services routinely have music.

The police don’t seemed to have been based disrupting the church service on lack of permits (they allowed it to continue), but rather because they disapproved.

That’s probably why they allowed Antifa to continue to harass tyd churchgoer's.

In essence, the decision to disrupt the church service was capricious and arbitrary.

Allowing for continued harassment seems to have been for the goose-steppers own enjoyment.
