It's not the jobs so much as the changing demographics and the displacement of western culture.
Take a look at London/GB as a whole.
These corporations only look at profit. They don't give a damn what happens to society/culture. The executives are never subjected to the consequences.
HB-1 visas can be abused.

I think they should not be used as ways to save money. If you need the talent that badly, pay for it. Some companies actually use it that way.
Disney tried to lay off its entire IT department to bring in H1Bs. Tell me why they would do that other than cost-cutting.
Do you think they had some sort of specialized knowledge that no one in America had? I can promise you, they didn't.
Also, I think the general discussion would have gone much better if Vivek didn't go full replacement theory in his Twitter account.

So you believe that we should be educating future engineers for the CCP? I guess it depends on where they are from. How many examples of Chinese students/nationals have been caught spying or stealing intellectual property? Does the CCP allow this? Has this cultural exchange brought about change back in hostile nations? It is a proven fact that the CCP has infiltrated our universities for nefarious means.

Exactly. Another issue that goes a long with the h1b abuse is the student visa abuse. America First also means Americans First, not second.

The thought of becoming a minority in our native homeland as a result of mass immigration does not appeal to me.
