Are you really going to sit here and attempt to tell me that the homeless vote? Unless they are vote farmed, like in CA, NY and other places, the homeless, by and large, do not vote in today's elections. This is why they are the prime target for "pay for votes". Sorry, I know you think it is, but paying for someone's vote is actually not democracy.

It was widely used. Sheer number of votes recieved is one of the anomolies. Never before and not yet since has that many voted. In many places, more votes received than registered voters is another anomoly.
