Trump arresting judges who clearly broke the law to protect someone who had been deported (I think in 2013) AND was in Judge Dugan's court for beating two people, including a woman, severely enough to send them to the hospital.
I can't imagine ANYONE changing their vote against the Republicans for this. Obviously, the Left will COMPLETELY ignore the facts, but they were never voting for Republicans any way.
I think this is will be a MASSIVE win with independents, who are already fed up with the illegal alien crisis left to Trump by the Dems.

It SHOULD be a bad argument that she is above the law...but that's all the Left has here.
As others have mentioned, even CNN's legal analyst thinks she "clearly broke the law" if the facts are as alleged.
