I've listened to several different conservative programs this morning and I keep hearing them argue that this whole situation is ridiculous because such a position shouldn't be compromised by some minor sexual offense as a teen.

This makes me absolutely livid. This just proves how much this insane tactic is working. I feel like almost no one is even bothering to stand up and say this is ridiculous because it didn't fricking happen in the first place.

Our party is comprised of a bunch of limp dick pieces of shite. It is just sad.

Which conservative programs did you listen to?

Also, why are you lying?

If they're giving credence to the accusations and not laughing at them by this point you're listening to morons.

Yep, this is acceptance of a lie.

I was listening to Breitbart on Sirius "Patriot" channel this morning and they had a caller who suggested that these ladies might be getting paid for their accusations.

The host was upset by this and denied it up and down that he was not insinuating that these ladies are being paid. He mentioned something about "Media Matters" coming after him if he didn't "Correct the record".

Republicans are pussies.

Right. It’s accepting the premise that it happened. And yes, thst is a mistake.

I reject the premise that anyone should be listening to, much less entertaining, any of these "allegations" at this point.

I agree, but that is not the issue. That is exactly what the democrats WANT the argument to be. Anyone who dignifies the first sentiment has already lost the battle.

I 100% agree with you.

Kav is going to be confirmed. I just view this is political fodder at this point. It's why I haven't really been engaged in all this discussion surrounding it.

This will all be mute very soon.

Right. It open the opportunity to say “Look at these conservatives, they don’t care that Kavanaugh is a sexual predator, it’s a war on women from the SCOTUS bench.”

For Sure. Unfortunately, Grassley is enabling it.

It's not my party, but it's better than the alternative and they are not sad, they're fricking pathetic.

I take a different view. The veracity of the “offensive” events are certainly dubious, but it seems like an impossible task to prove a negative in an era where so many people demand that the accuser be believed on face value.

It seems that these particular allegations are so general and poorly substantiated that they have been specifically chosen so that they can’t be proven as inaccurate falsehoods.

They also fall in the category of generally inappropriate and not really predatory or abusive. How strange it all seems to me that these people of such liberally loose morals generally would be outraged that a dude whipped out his penis at a drunken college party in the 80’s.

Are we to pretend that every horny and dopey manchild college male is a predator for life, and that there were no horny college co-ed slutty female fumbling pre-mature vixens who all attended the same parties for the exact purpose of getting drunk and sexually inappropriate?

Where is our understanding of human nature?

Youre expecting the party that believes there are 37+ genders to re-examine their understanding of human nature?

Ha! Touché.

Not really an expectation, more of a lament.

my point is what difference does it make either way?

even if he did something terrible like that, he has obviously reformed his ways. dozens of women have testified in favor of him as an adult. if he was going to be punished, that should have happened 20, 30 years ago. he never should have made it to the 2nd highest court in the land. he never should have been a presidential appointee.

she claims she followed his career. THEN WHY WAIT UNTIL NOW
