That is the problem republican states face, build a good state, have business flock to it because its business friendly, they hire some local but also bring their old workforce which is usually dumb blue and boom they turn the state to shite. The thing that saves them some what is the state senates and houses have to remain blood red and veto proof to survive the Dem Gov, but then it’s hard to win senate races.
It also doesn’t help GA that it has a bench full of really bad candidates
