It does, especially in light of the fact that the 100rd mag jammed (which they often do) and so the shooter had to switch over to the shotgun. Pretty sure the reports later showed that most of those hit were from the handgun and shotgun.

I have fully admitted on this board before that the only shooting that wouldnt have been possible without an AR is Vegas. However the rest of them would be very possible, especially the school shooting. They take place in a very confined area. A 12 gauge shotgun with buck shot has about a 60 yard range. That covers every mass shooting distance but Vegas. Also I didn't say Joe Blow's shotgun. I said a saiga 12. Do you even know what a saiga 12 is?

Saiga 12 would wreck shop in a target rich space like a school full of kids. The carnage left behind would be like no other seen before in these type of shootings. Some of them little kids would be cut in two with a blast from the Saiga. The gun doesn't matter much here. Virginia Tech was 30+ shot dead with a Glock and a Walther .22.

A school shooting performed with a Saiga 12 by a skilled user would be, by far, the most deadly school shooting in American history. They'd take out an entire classroom of 30 people before anyone even knew what was happening.

Just admit that you didn’t know that shotguns are damn near as common in mass shootings as rifles and are certainly more common than the ar-15 or ar-15 like subset of rifles.
Most already know you don’t know wtf you are talking about so it’s no big deal.

I just want him to recognize that in a close quarter shooting situation such as inside a school building, a shotgun is a much more deadly weapon.

An Asian killed over 30 people at Virginia Tech with a pair of handguns. The idea that the AR-15 is the only mass killing machine out on the market is stupid.
Utilized properly, a shotgun such as this one could do more damage than an AR-15 in close quarters.
