If Drew Brees is racist we’re all fricked because Drew has done more for minorities in New Orleans than 99.9% of people. And now his lifetime of actions don’t mean anything.

I really don't see how it's going to be possible for a conservative, or anyone even mildly patriotic to keep a job in any entertainment industry going forward.

I’m just going to keep posting this. Brees is a legitimate role model and a great person.
They picked one of the nicest, most generous, least controversial, most loved, most respected,most statically great football players of all time and are trying to destroy his life and his reputation because he said the statement “I’ll never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America“
Think about that.
So far this week Drew Brees is being destroyed because he said you should respect the flag and multiple people have lost jobs for saying all lives matter meanwhile the entire media and most professional athletes and Hollywood stars are condoning and financially supporting the violent and senseless riots irreparably destroying cities and livelihoods and lives of people and communities because one single cop, who was immediately fired and arrested and universally condemned, used shitty technique to accidentally kill a career criminal high on meth.
If they’ll do that to Drew, imagine what they’ll do to you.

It's exactly why these LEO's and military taking a knee in solidarity to these protesters and rioters is folly.
Yes, there are a couple instances where it has calmed the crowd... but for the most part, like I saw in Oklahoma City just a few days ago, taking a knee sated the crowd for about 15 seconds and then they actually got madder about it because "it's not enough!".
You have to take a stand against this ideology and be prepared for the fallout that resorts from your stand. Hopefully, now, Brees realizes that if he starts backing off they will only make things even worse for him. They will see it as him admitting he was in the wrong, and it's like blood in the water for the sharks.
I've always felt like Drew was pretty liberal. But still a great human being who truly is a paradigm of how to handle success, fame and wealth. But he has to see that the modern left are the fascists that they accuse everyone else of being. Drew is rich, white and famous, and that's the trinity of sin to modern leftists.
ETA: Just saw that Brees crawfished. Woopsie. He has admitted fault now, and it's essentially over for him. Good thing he's already planned to retire. And he can kiss the Hall of Fame goodbye. They'll never let that happen now.

In terms of economic prosperity, no president or politician since Lincoln has done more for the black community as Trump has in his first four years. And I say that as someone who despises Trump’s hyperbole. But it’s true.
