Go to geaux vote site and change your registration. I left and changed mine to No Party. Doesn't stop you from voting in any primaries like it does in other states. Maybe if the number of registered R voters drops significantly, they'll worry. Doubt it, but doesn't hurt anything to try.

I’m with you, just need a suitable new party to land in.
I do think that peachmint and the whole cancel culture drive is partially designed to thwart a new Conservative party. I can see doxing, firing. shaming etc while any new party attempts to get established.

You just don't get it....the best President to come along in a lifetime and you're going to poo poo on him with all the pressure on him due to Covid, etc. because he was only 99% good and not 100? Some of the things he ended up doing was to try to keep the biased press from crucifying him even more, and wouldn't have been done otherwise.
I'll admit that Cruz was my first choice in 2016, but once he was eliminated it was Trump for me and only got stronger with every non-apology which would have demolished ANY OTHER Republican. Cruz wouldn't have won against Hillary, and neither would any other Republican candidate. Trump is the only person I know that says what he things without having to apologize, and doesn't need a stinkin' dime from anyone that would cause him to have to cater to them. THERE IS NO ONE LIKE HIM AT THIS POINT.
