I'm not a gambler. Are there odds on whether they jail Trump before November?

Seems like the leftist political apparatus is gathering the nerve to do it. I once thought they wouldn't go that far, but now I think they just might.

Your best bet if they will?

Your predictions of the fallout should they?

I think if they can't jail him then they will kill him. They aren't letting him back in office.

Depends on this first trial.
And he will be jailing himself for his actions.

Zero chance

Actually it's a negative.

Of course there are. There are odds on pretty much everything.

Zero. Even if he is convicted of something, they will allow him to remain free on bond.

No judge is going to take the heat from incarcerating him during the election cycle. As proof, you need to look no further than the fact that he is free currently, despite his courtroom antics that would’ve seen almost any other defendant jailed (at least temporarily) for contempt.

No other defendant would have these charges therefore there would be no gag orders which would mean no contempt of court.

Sadly, you would like to believe everyone in society has more than just a handful of brain cells. But you have the societal numb nuts like Leto that have fooled themselves into believing a POTUS can be jailed. Or that he has even actually committed anything worthy of being in the positions he's facing now.

These folks will be like the poor dike screaming in the street when Trump took the oath the first time once reality hits he's never going to jail.

All political theater and their pharmacist will be busy when it happens.

Effectively zero. Even if (when) he's convicted and is a de facto felon, the deference the court system has shown him will allow him to remain out on appeal - and there's no chance those wrap up before the election, in any of his many criminal cases.

Define “jail”. Secret service will never allow a president to be held in a jail unless there’s some private federal facility they completely control.

Even the media has admitted there’s almost zero chance Trump goes to jail for the NY case.

They’re just trying to keep the Trump hush money/porn star frickin in the news to drive a wedge between Trump and his supporters. Which after 9 years clearly won’t work.

Bragg bringing up contempt this early was a critical error because I think it's exactly what Trump wanted him to do. Sure maybe down the line but this quick?

Now he will do everything he can go actually get charged and jailed purposely, and he'll make a gajillion dollars off fundraising immediately.

I’m starting to think they are just trying to tie him up, gag him, and torpedo his resources

I know right. can you imagine the logistics of trying to keep former President in a prison because he paid hush money to a porn actor who sucked him off?

there aren't enough people who want to be correctional officers. let alone trying to man a prison while a former President is in there.
