So basically the DNC didn’t like the results of the board game so they decided to just throw the whole board in the air and send the pieces everywhere so no one could definitely say who won?

They wanted to screw the candidates they didn’t want (Bernie and Warren) because Biden came in 5th and wouldn’t have gotten delegates.

Their(dnc) story last night before I went to bed was that it was not the app, nor a hack. Just that they had inconsistencies in their results and decided to go to paper ballots and hand count the votes. That was their story about 9 hours ago.

When they decide who they wanted to win vs how the votes actually came in, they will announce who "won".
