Isn't that around 150 million people infected? And about 3 million that will die?

Do you believe that prediction?

And, being a "health care professional" isn't actually a qualification on stats.

If I want to know how to treat the disease, I'll talk to a doctor. But, that's not necessarily a qualification to speak on the full implications of incomplete information on statistical variables.

The mortality rate isn’t about the number of deaths....

Cool

So, I'll be laughing at you also in a few months.

fricking idiots. What you and your nurse friends think you understand about stats doesn't impress me.

Stick to checking vitals.

Yeah.. but around 150 million infected and 3 million deaths like the numbers in the original post predicts?

3 million is almost the combined population of new Hampshire, north Dakota and south Dakota.

im Watching the liberal news and so far they are only saying the only way to stop this is test it. I’m not sure I’m following that logic. How about if you have corona symptoms and/ or been around someone that has -stay home. Why do u need a test? Seems stupid

I mean. I know this is going to come off as arrogant and, I guess I can't help it

But, I am ABSOLUTLEY correct.

Now, if you want to talk to me about the REAL risks associated with the absurd panic that is going down, THAT shite worries me.

My God we are flooded with a lot of folks "concerned" about this.

if you extrapolate that number for increases deaths for coronavirus for lower to higher death rate estimates: 1.2 million(2%mortality rate) to 2.07 million deaths (3.4% mortality rate)

Stop trying to terrify everyone.

Spreading panic is as bad or worse. Of course we should be concerned. Panic and terror are not helpful.

13 were tested, correct?
Don't know the number tested, and no doubt many test positive. but there have been no autopsies to establish the cause of death for these people.

The MSM and their political cohorts first assumed that they were C-19 deaths, then proclaimed that they were. But there is ZERO medical evidence to that effect.

You can't say that it has a mortality of 3-4% and that is totally irresponsible to make a statement like that. How many people are going untested? If we don't have solid numbers on how many people are infected there is no way possible to Coe up with an accurate number to calculate a mortality rate.
