How does one rule in traffic court that a goddamn presidential candidate be stricken from the ballot?

Not pay his tickets?

If I were Trump I wouldn't even appeal it. He's going to win the primary anyway, in a landslide. Instead, hold a rally in Cook County to actually raise money to sue Cook County for what they've done.

keep Trump off the Illinois ballot despite the Illinois State Board of Elections ruling against keeping him off the ballot last month, is a traffic judge that presides over “minor traffic violations.”

fricking pathetic.

She couldn't.

I'm going to guess either that is outdated (it's from 2021) and she's in a different role now or she had to be appointed to fill in for a judge presiding over a seat with jurisdiction.

Or she declared bankruptcy

I know that this has been said almost an infinite number of times, but where is the proof for this bullshite.

SCOTUS ruling unanimously or 7-2 at worst against Colorado should put the mail in this coffin
