I would like to see them go after clerks in these DMV offices.
Federal law dictates the person needs to be a legal resident or citizen. You know this when you illegally issue that license. Throw these clerks in jail and it will come to a full stop.
And dont give me the ole "well my boss says, or they told us to do it". You are the gatekeeper, you know the law, and you broke it.

Course I know a girl down here who went to get her license, for the drivers test they put her in a standard transmission car and she didnt know how to use it.....but somehow passed the test.
I asked her how and she said I just took the entire test in first gear, flipped him and 50 and it was all good.

This is one of many. Are these independent truckers or are trucking firms stupid enough to hire an illegal alien with a false CDL and assume the liability knowing there have been all of these accidents? They can't even read the highway signs.

Years ago everything was manual transmissions you had to double-clutch up and down.
Now many are automatics and they throw anyone with a pulse in them.

I would be more inclined to vote for an Indian like Vivek if he was leading the charge against these illegal Indians. However, I don’t believe he has (maybe I’m wrong).

I saw Sean Duffy, head of DOT, discussing this. As a sidenote he did get Cali to cancel 17,000 illegal holders of cdls. But he said these trucking "firms" are like whack a mole, they close down and open up shop hours later under different corporate names, through a myriad of companies, owners offshore etc.
I still say there is some overarching industry doing this. Some Indian does not travel half way around the world thinking he can suddenly drive a truck in the states. Someone is recruiting them with links to local/state DMVs recruiting these folks and charging coyote fees for the process.

They had videos of one guy that had numerous magnetic door signs with bogus company names and data he would switch out from time to time.

Until Fed DOT goes after the owners hard it'll never stop. Would not be shocked if the trucking company is owned by a jeet
