The people hiring don't care if americans are killed on the road. They sure don't care if the illegals they hire are jailed or executed. There's a few billion more illegals where the other one came from.

Federal law dictates the person needs to be a legal resident or citizen. You know this when you illegally issue that license. Throw these clerks in jail and it will come to a full stop.
And dont give me the ole "well my boss says, or they told us to do it". You are the gatekeeper, you know the law, and you broke it.
Last September Duffy suspended all states from being able to issue CDLs and CLPs to non-citizens until rules could be updated. This suspension was lifted around March when the rules went into effect. Over the weekend I caught an interview with him where he said if they find states who are ignoring the new rules (and they are looking for them), they'll completely remove the state's ability to issue them.
What I hope they are doing is flagging every non-citizen with a CDL for them to be specifically tested for English literacy. If they fail, they go straight to ICE. They don't pass GO, they don't collect $200.

The accounts/outlets need to lead these reports with the trucking company that the illegal drives for. That needs to be front and center and not go away.
