IMO you’d have to be crazy to take any of these but all I see are pretty benign stuff like Advil. Street vendor dick pills seem as risky as the gas station versions that are everywhere. To be fair - on weekends in downtown Denver there are guys with similar card tables setup selling all kinds of mushrooms and similar stuff. To me that’s more a concern
