I have never once seen a politician do time in my lifetime. If they released the list tomorrow and every politician on the hill was on it, it would end up being a big fat nothing burger. That's the kind of confidence I have in our legal system. Hell, every judge who would oversee any trial would probably be on the list, too.

Well, it's only fair.
Underage sex trafficking is obviously horrible, but killing a million or more human beings in utero is worse, and we do it every year, and there's no shortage of "conservatives" here who pooh-pooh the idea of trying to do anything about it because "mid-terms" or "POTUS election." ***
So if a million+ dead children a year is not cause enough to risk an election, a thousand trafficked children isn't either. Especially since nothing that can happen now would actually change the fact that they were trafficked.
***And those same people completely ignore that they predicted a loss in 2024 due to Roe being overturned, and it didn't move the needle at all.
