I’m not saying the whole program is a shite show but when Jemele Hill is called upon to be one of the key commentary contributors you know this show is going off the rails and into the ditch on multiple occasions during the two hour program.
The program makes some valid points about how black football players who played the QB position had a more difficult time establishing themselves as legitimate NFL QBs due to the long held stigma that Black football players aren’t smart enough to be NFL QBs. At one point in the show, I believe it was Vince Young explaining his super low Wunderlich test. Vince said he intentionally marked random answers because he believes the Wunderlich test was being used as another way to diminish the likelihood that a black QB would be considered smart enough to play in the NFL. I don’t think Vince help to make a case in proving the naysayers wrong….dumb strategy Vince.
There’s a pretty good presentation on how Warren Moon was initially dismissed as a viable starting NFL QB. Of course anyone who follows the NFL knows Moon went to the CFL, kicked arse for several years and made his way back to the NFL and had a HOF career….great story. But then we get to the Kaepernick BS! And when I said the program went off the rails on several occasions, this time it doesn’t recover…..this ^^^ crap has +30 minutes of the show set aside for boo hooing for Collin.
Let’s just say the commentary idiots pushing the Kaepernick SJW nonsense were still showing grade schools pics of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown claiming the “hands up, don’t shoot” crapola….nuff said!

If you have an NFL arm, and NFL talent, and can learn a playbook, you’ll be in the NFL.
It’s just that easy.
It’s just that easy.

10 of 32 quarterbacks that started game 1 of 2020 were not white.
What will be enough?
btw-How about white cornerbacks?

This type of thinking sounds exactly like what I would expect from someone who scored poorly on the Wunderlich.

Vice is a trash channel. Only thing any good on it is intervention.

Can we do one about the white basketball player?

I remember back in back in 1988 when Randall Cunningham was a big hit and all the white sportscasters said 'The black QB who can run is the future of the NFL.' It didn't happen.
And around 1990 Joe Namath explained why:
'In a championship game there are 3 or 4 plays that determine the winner. It's 3rd and 10. The QB isn't going to run. The defense knows he's not gonna run. He has to drop back in the pocket and deliver the big pass.'
It's still true.

I remember years ago Steve Young trying to explain this to some of the talking heads. Steve was trying to tell them from his own experience that it didn’t take him being in the league very long before he realized that if he were to be a successful NFL QB, he was going to have to stand in the pocket and throw the ball.
That has not changed

Except that it did to some extent.
You still need to be able to pass but there are several black starting QBs with above average mobility for the position.

No they want it in increments ...10 of 32 ...then 50/50....their Goal is 20 of 32 black QB's with more back up QB's that eventually become coaches. There was a round table discussion on this last year on ESPN's "Undefeated".
It's the Elite's Final Frontier...whites must now take a back seat in everything.
Yet they smirk and don't flinch seeing an All black Defense.Yet still get torched for 400 yards.
All's i ever ask for is to mix some salt with the pepper...have 2 or 3 whites on a Defense. But if you are not a super star Like DB Harrison Smith or the Watt and Bosa brothers; it's off to the bench for slow unathletic whitey

No, I think he would have scored poorly regardless. His critical thinking skills are clearly lacking.

The NFL is Anti-White and descriminates against White people.

Such an important issue: the races of our quarterbacks. This is why I checked out of the NFL and sportstalk after 40 years of it.

This sounds as bad as that black Father's Day special they advertising on Oprah's network.
Calling black fathers "our kings".
Everything is about black supremacy to them.

I’d rather watch “30 for 30 presents Fear of a White Cornerback: The Jason Sehorn Story”
Btw Angie Harmon is extremely hot in real life
