We have plenty of land that we don't use for growing food. The USDA controls a lot of that. It can and should be changed.

Texas.

Then let the entire south join them.

Then let Alberta and Alaska join as well.

we could easily get a state to take that over, with mexico also growing a ton of shite.

california has put a ton of money into being a big produce/fruit/etc state, another state does the same and it's not needed.

we have plenty of illegals to pick fruit in some state

Drizzt
This is not a joke. Years ago when I was in college I worked at a BBQ restaurant with a very odd emo woman, who has since gone through hormone treatment to “become a man.” She had one son. His name… was Drizzt.

You let me know where else I can find the available land, soil, water and climate that we have here. Good luck. If it were just about money that would be one thing. But it’s so much more.

I’ve purchased produce from across North America and inspected all along the West Coast and Arizona. California is very unique in this arena. Also remember that Ag is much much more than what you see in your local produce isle.

I would boot most of California, the Bay Area and LA in particular. Keep Orange County though.

Make Hawaii a strategic protectorate. No vote for you.

We rock here bro! You only want us gone so you can not pick up so many L’s over time. Need a better reason to ditch us than that.

If you polled the entire country, it would probably be Texas and California pretty neck and neck. I don’t feel like either would be a loss but I’d vote for Texas.

Or more specifically, a Drosophila Melanogaster. Don't know why that stuck with me all of these years. Don't even remember which class we learned of these.
