Not a doubt in my mind, Pelosi is behind it all.
She gave a little ground on impeachment going forward, then pulled the rug to show them all what might happen.

Allow me to embellish.
The whistle blower went to Schiff's staffer, who then relayed the information to Schiff.
Schiff then sent a staffer to the Ukraine to do what I can only assume to be "investigate".
I would be willing to bet that the next step is that somebody (where ya at John Solomon?) will uncover the linkage between Schiff, the whistle blower, and the lawyer(s) who crafted the complaint.
