Venezuela had no benefit to Israel. Now you can argue Israel approved of Iran, but that's not why he attacked Iran. He acted as any POTUS would, I surely hope, towards a Nation that said it would use a nuclear weapon against a Nation once obtained. Not because of war and fighting, but religion.
Please explain why I'm supposed to be so anti-Israel that if we don't cut the Jews off, I must vote Democrat?
I have two things I vote against. Globalism and Communism. And neither of those couple in Israel.
They couple in the current power structure of the DNC, the EU, and WEF.

Yes - Adleson throws a shitload of money at her preferred candidate and bundles just as much. Her support is critical.
And hopefully things are starting to turn on Israel's influence with our politicians and their outsized influence on our political process. This war has turned the base and it is going to be politically untenable to continue to MIGA, at least so openly. Adleson won't get any support from the new generation of Dems who have taken over the party and Israel and their benefactors in this country have no one to look to besides Republicans.
I have no problem with Israel per se and we should be generally aligned with them but it's their political influence both inside and outside the U.S. that is the problem. They need to be kept at arm's length. I think after this conflict it's become a sea change for conservative politicians on Israel's influence. Their problems cannot continue to be the U.S.'s problems. Israel has a right to exist in peace but we can't continue to get drawn into these intractable conflicts and the base is fed up with it when we are facing so many domestic challenges. Hopefully, Trump can further execute on the Abraham Accords and get the Saudis to recognize Israel before he leaves office. That would go a long way to cooling things out and further isolate the fascists in Iran.

I know that Tucker and MTG has some of you thinking on the moron side, but unless JD chooses not to run, there is absolutely no chance he doesn't get the nomination. Here's how this goes... First off, he says he's running. Then Trump will endorse him. Then everyone who has a brain will back off and wait.
Just like EVERYONE knew Ron would be destroyed by Trump in 2024 if he foolishly made a run, the same thing will happen here again if he hasn't learned his lesson. This time though will end him as a candidate forever.
I think he reads the room, as does Marco, and waits until 2032 if Vance loses - or is hopefully stuck waiting for 2036.

If the decision were today, I'd think Trump would be more Rubio than JD. Rubio has bought into what Trump and Bessent are doing and understands how it strengthens America.
Not saying JD doesn't, but I've not really heard him come across as that as much as I have seen Marco. Trump's decision will fall to the person he feel is less likely to let the RINOS draw them back in.

Adelson can support him all she wants, my issue is with what that support bought her in the WH and FL.
In the WH it got Bibi massive influence and in FL it resulted in one of the most over the top anti free speech bills in the nation specifically preventing criticism specific to Jewish causes that was signed in Israel itself.
Id rather limit all major donations, but I just don't want money to drive legislation with this issue or any other.

I cannot even understand this reasoning. Are you saying this happens if Vance says he's out? Then maybe. Or are you legitimately saying that Vance declares his candidacy and Trump then endorses Marco?

Trump has been saying we should attack Iran since 1980. So, how specifically did Miriam change his stance?
