I said yesterday, you'd not answer. My buddy Nostradamus tipped me off.

But perhaps you can give it another whirl. What is the purpose of eliciting gender confusion in prepubescent children?

Careful. JJDoc is about to appear and charge you with perversion because your question is limited to prepubescent kids, meaning that you clearly do not care about eliciting gender confusion in older children.

He will get 57 upvotes for this ... clever? ... reading of your question.

Not my question, roadGator's question, which you readdressed above.

Assume that a drag performer wants to read to kids. He does NOT touch the kids and does NOT flash his junk, and he does NOT discuss adult or sexual themes. He is not drunk, and he is not high. The ONLY thing that separates him from the grandfather who read in the same room last week is his over-the-top, female-style costume.

Depends on how over-the-top the costume is and what he’s reading. Can you elaborate? Exactly how much is showing and what is he reading to these young children?

In this hypothetical, he is reading exactly the same book as the grandfather last week, so that is a non-factor.

Why don't clowns do their shows in normal clothes?

Clowns are not Drag Performers, and we don't do analogies here. Definitely don't do analogies.

Analogies are scary.

I don’t have any problem with their appearance, one looks like a scary clown another actually looks like Maxine Waters, (also a clown), however, I’ve also seen pictures of Drag Queens with outfits on that are more suitable for a burlesque act, thongs etc. This is not proper attire to read to children. Problem is you can’t know what you’re going to get. It’s a free country, people can do what they want but I don’t get how a parent could bring their child to that.

Which clown— John Wayne Gacy, Pennywise, Clara bell , etc. The answer might be different. As others have noted, the show should be vetted. A Cirque Du soleil clown shouldn’t do their Cirque act at a preschool

Even an appropriate act may still require some parental involvement in preparing a child. Creepy Clown Epidemic

Also many clowns don’t like to perform for preschool age children as they have difficulty in processing their exaggerated features. Washington post

This is dealing with preschool age children

The question is the GOAL of the desensitization

The goal is conversion. They are trying to groom these kids to accepting and then adopting a sexually deviant lifestyle.

I like posts which make me laugh.

Mephistopheles posted an analogy that both clowns and drag performers like to wear their regalia when performing, and this post starts analyzing whether various historical clowns should be allowed to read to kids!

Good thing he didn't say anything about the leopard changing its spots. We would get a treatise about the danger of bringing African felines into American libraries.

It’s creating a group of revolutionaries.

If you don’t have enough radicalized workers and minorities, add in deviants.

Exactly what harm do you see for the kids who are present?

The presentation of confused sexuality (male dressing as female) as normal is terribly damaging.

Trying to hide that by pretending the goal is to read children books doesn’t change that. And it is humorously transparent.
