Believe you me (whatever that means lol), nobody hates these people more than the one they call davyjones. What I wouldn’t be for is proactively trying to make a case out of nothing, or playing up an obviously weak or mickey mouse “nothing burger” case. All those type actions are precisely what we all railed against the past number of months. And I believe Trump is of that same opinion and mindset as well. Which I commend him for.

Now on the other hand, wherever evidence and probable cause of definable crime(s) are found, there would be zero reluctance to apply the long arm of the law and prosecute to the fullest.

He turned the cheek with Hillary last time and look where it got him. I doubt he wouldn’t be as kind this time, he shouldn’t.

Not necessarily. If you’ll recall the DOJ through FBI “investigated” the allegations at the time and that sombitch Comey came out in a press conference and cleared her, more or less. Then Trump canned his sorry arse for being the biggest sucking bitch of the year at the time. Now, had Trump personally ordered an open ended investigation into her to find something else to put together, that would have been a textbook case of the same type of lawfare that we all wanted and still want to beat some arse over re: political prosecution of Trump this year. Not that he probably wouldn’t love to know her arse has a long stretch in prison, but he was extremely mature and wise in avoiding the strong perception of his own lawfare weaponry. He references this exact same scenario and concept relatively often. He knows it was by far the most prudent move under the circumstances of the time, and ded bern it I do too.

Obama and friends spied on his campaign. Watergate times a 100.

Hillary had a secret email server and destroyed evidence under subpoena using BleachBit and hammers.

Trump let it be in his first term.

What does "Justice" look like?

Anyone remember the Hillary quote?

If Trumps wins, we are all going to hang"?

I remember.

Should he jump into that headfirst, or immigration/border crisis that feels a bit existential in nature, or another crisis re: economy, or another rapidly growing potentially existential crisis re: the growing threat of military conflict popping off in some extremely consequential “theaters” around the world? I tend to think right off the bat it’s absolutely critical for us out here on this side to formulate rational and logical expectations if and when he segues into office once again.

This is just one fella’s opinion and viewpoint on the subject of the unfortunately long to-do list for our President-to-be.

I think maybe do it all. This won't be a typical Presidency. The next Trump administration can do more at once than most have done in their entire careers.

But yes, border first, economy second and then all the above as below.

I think and hope we are entering the age of TRUTHs,

I believe the standard was described by our favorite Kenyan President, “reward friends and punish enemies”.

For eight years we have been told nobody is above the law.

We are about to find out.

He didn't jail Hillary, and it would been as easy as it could be to do. That should tell you all you need to know. He will get his in other ways

Nah, he's got more important things to worry about... you know, actually making America great again... to focus on seeking retribution. That's not to say he doesn't clean things up, but he won't go out seeking retribution. Fire those responsible and move on. Don't focus on being a petty person.

I agree with you but I think he will turn the cheek.

All he responds with is "Other people tell me all the time, they've done it to you". By not committing, he's making them sweat even more. Sure he wants to do it but Trump recognizes his place in history - why do anything else?
