If DeSantis and Trump both run in the primary, who would you vote for?

I have to go with DeSantis, simply because he has a better chance of winning the general election against Kamala. Trump is good, but he will only galvanize the radical left to come out in droves and vote against him.

DeSantis. He's younger, has ideas that are very MAGA, and is much better at communicating those ideas than Trump was. He also doesn't seem to have any of the excess baggage/character issues that followed Trump around.

DeSantis for sure. Trump has a large albatross on his shoulder. DeSantis has all the benefits of Trump, but none of his flaws.

This...literally all he had to do was act like an adult in the 1st debate and he'd still be POTUS. It was that close.

Yeah, I gotta concur here. I mean hell, they just made shite up out of whole cloth against Trump, they'll do it to Desantis just the same. Or whoever else. Dossier in process as we speak.
Oh and my answer to OP: Even though I think Desantis shows great national potential, Trump's top dog until further notice. However I think they'll be more of a team than opponents.
