If he’s found guilty of first degree murder AND gets the death penalty, then no, the cities won’t burn.
But since Minnesota doesn’t have the death penalty, if he gets convicted of first degree murder and is sentenced to 500 years in prison the cities will still burn. Why? Because they will be pissed the death penalty wasn’t reinstated.
So gear up. The cities are gonna burn.
