Two reasons I see for this board’s general cheerleading for Israel.

First, Israel is an island of western style liberal democracy in a sea of Islamic autocracy. So of course this board leans Israel.

Second, a lot of people on this board are white male Christians who believe one world leftists and anarco terrorists are trying to take their guns so as to take their property, destroy their religion and end their way of life. Well that scenario is not cosplay for Israel, it’s reality. Israel and its Jewish inhabitants would be slaughtered tomorrow if it gave up its guns or equivocated on its right to defend itself.

So you think that the Terrorists that launch rockets from schools and hospitals at civilian targets in Israel are the victims and good guys in this situation. Hamas launches rockets from schools and hospitals so they can use the people in those buildings as human shields. So when Israel is forced to respond to keep the Civilian population of Israel from death and destruction and take out those rocket launchers then any civilian casualties suffered by the Palestinian side can be used as propaganda against Israel in the international media. So I really suggest you sit down and really think about which side is the good guys and bad guys in this conflict.

Israel has been attacking churches for decades. Israeli soldiers and settlers have burned churches and murdered priests. Just do a little research online. They are not friends of Christians. If you care for fellow followers of Christ, then it makes no sense to support Israel. God is not going to come back to protect the people that murder his followers.
