Many are stating they are being illegally detained

This is extremely unlikely considering the legal bar for detainment is very low. All detainment requires is reasonable suspicion. Not probable cause, not a warrant, etc.

Right.

Assuming this guy was arrested, and that he was a citizen, that still does make his arrest illegal. The test is whether they had reasonable suspicion to arrest him (or possibly probable cause, it is being litigated currently).

It is best to hear DHS' side before jumping to any conclusions.

Deportation of thousands always leads to mistakes. Just a fact. If they were not here no mistakes could ever be made.

Questions
1) Is he really a US citizen?

2) Did he get deported?

If 1='yes" and 2='no' : system working

If 1='no' and 2='yes' : system working

If 1='no' and 2='no' : system error

If 1='yes' and 2='yes' : unfortunate system variation

Walking out of The Fox in Norman, OK, with a group of friends in 1988. We see two frat boys throwing punches at each other. One of my friends, a former bartender, tries to separate the two guys. Cops show up and won’t let us leave the scene. Once they determined we were not involved, they sent us on our way.

We were all US citizens, and we were wrongfully detained. shite happens. Deal with it

With 25 million unvetted illegals in the US, you will get a fractional small percentage of US citizens detained.

If sanctuary cities and states would cooperate with ICE and let them execute retainers at jails or in courts, then the accidental small percentage US citizen percentage would approach zero.

If there were not MILLIONS of them to round up, then these small issues would not exist.

This is STILL the fault of biden and the dems

The Charlotte murder video looks MUCH worse that this one does. Only a dumb liberal would claim otherwise.

the vast majority of this board is white and thus will never have to worry about this happening. it's also sprinkled with quite a few racists who enjoy this happening to brown folks, regardless of citizenship

When in doubt, whip out the racism card. Fkn loser.

I don’t think anyone is saying that citizens are actually being deported. Many are stating they are being illegally detained or arrested.

Which is a far better option than your daughter being raped or murdered by an illegal, right?

Kind of like the Jan 6 people were wrongfully detained? No, not even close to that level of politics. You people are truly sick. Literally going nuts defending illegals. guess what, it ain't going away...

Can you please point out for me where I defended illegal immigrants? i’m not saying others don’t. Because there are many many who are aiding and defending them.

shite happens.... but extreme problem can only be dealt with in an extreme manner. Illegals in our nation is an extreme problem. A few mistakes are bound to happen, but that doesn't disqualify the effort.

Stop viewing things with such a feminine perspective.
