That’s a Media article but in reality violent crime spiked in 2023 with 100 more homicides even though that was intentionally and politically underreported (they listed them as “intentional homicides”) lol

Bringing in the guard made those living in the hoods of Memphis happier than a two dicked dog.

Their kids could play outside without fear of catching a stray.

But bodies have stopped dropping in the Gotti vs Dolph feud. So, more than 1 reason for Mempho.

Shout out to the PRE soldiers!

And each other for the most part. 70% of homicide victims are known criminals and 71% of perps are known criminals in the two largest most detailed studies of homicide in NYC in 1960 and Charlotte NC in the early 90's.

Yep. That's all it took... a little 'splainin'. And after school activities such as basketball and other sports. Perhaps a fun water gun fight!

Slow, what did make the crimes decrease in DC prior to Trump??????

quote:

A December 2025 House Oversight Committee report accuses D.C. Police Chief Pamela Smith of pressuring officers to underreport crime, with federal prosecutors launching a criminal investigation into the alleged manipulation of statistics. The investigation revealed that thousands of crime reports were misclassified or downgraded to make the city appear safer

If the data is fake, then OP is also fake.

That's fine, if you want to argue Trump is faking the data. I think that's retarded.

And ends with this…

Note for smoothbrains: I'm not actually giving credit to Biden for 2024.

Classic SFP. And you wonder why the entire board looks at you as a clown.

2024 was the lowest in 30 years.

And crime is falling like that almost everywhere

Like Baltimore

quote:
In 2025, Baltimore recorded 133 homicides - the fewest in nearly 50 years. This is the third consecutive year homicides have decreased by double digits. The city also saw the largest year-over-year percentage decrease in homicides ever recorded, with homicides declining by 31%. The number of non-fatal shootings declined from 423 in 2024 to 311 in 2025, a 24.5% decrease. Since 2021, homicides and shootings have both declined by nearly 60%: homicides by 58.7% and non-fatal shootings by 57.3%. The number of juvenile homicide victims in 2025 also declined by 78% compared to 2024. BPD also seized over 2,480 firearms seized and 264 ghost guns,

New York City

quote:
In 2025, New York City recorded 688 shooting incidents, shattering the previous record low set in 2018 by 10 percent with 66 fewer shootings (688 vs. 754). Compared to 2024, shooting incidents declined 24 percent, a staggering 216 fewer shootings (688 vs. 904). In the fourth quarter of 2025, shooting incidents decreased 36 percent (134 vs. 211) compared to the same period last year. In December, there were only 35 shooting incidents citywide — the fewest shootings ever recorded in any single month in New York City history.

quote:
The historic decline reflected a citywide effort, with reductions across all five boroughs in 2025 and Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island each recording the lowest number of shooting incidents in their history. Shooting incidents declined by 38 percent in Manhattan, 26.7 percent in Staten Island, 25.4 percent in the Bronx, 24.4 percent in Queens, and 15 percent in Brooklyn.

Chicago

quote:
Citywide, homicides are down 31.5%, shootings are down 40.5%, vehicular hijackings are down 47%, and all violent crime is down 29.5% since early September, year-to-date.

New Orleans

quote:
According to the NOPD, all violent crime is down across the city compared to 2024.

Murder is down 15% since 2024, excluding the 14 victims who were killed in the Bourbon Street terror attack.

According to NOPD Superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick, New Orleans has become safer and safer every year since 2022.

quote:
In all, violent crime in New Orleans is at historic lows.

I didn't click your links. I read the text that you pulled.

All of that supports huge reductions in murder and shootings in 2025.

The crime data from 2024 is tainted. District attorneys were downplaying violent crimes into non-violent offenses and misdemeanors. They couldn't downplay "murder", though. Its kind of hard to look away with a dead body on hand.

So you are agreeing Trump is responsible for the crime rate decreasing.

You can say it......or are you saying you lied regarding the statement that crime was down before Trump took office.

Are you lying now or then?

Homicides increased for 4 straight years and then suddenly declined in 2024.

Illegal crossings increased dramatically under Biden and then declined in 2024.

It is almost as if people during Biden's admin only cared about enforcing laws in 2024 during campaign season. I wonder why.

Not necessarily. The fudging could have stopped, and a real decrease could happen.

2024 crime in DC hits a 30-year low

quote:
Total violent crime for 2024 in the District of Columbia is down 35% from 2023 and is the lowest it has been in over 30 years, according to data collected by the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD)

Well..
quote:

The Metropolitan Police Department’s internal investigators have sustained accusations against at least 15 high-ranking police officials—including captains, commanders, and assistant chiefs—in a sweeping investigation into crime statistics, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

Kentucky Republican Rep. James Comer, who chairs the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that oversees the District, sent a letter dated April 28 to MPD Interim Chief Jeffery Carroll requesting all materials related to the investigation.

Memphis 10 years worth of murder. 56 so far YTD.

2025: 184
• 2024: 250
• 2023: 351
• 2022: 253
• 2021: 307
• 2020: 293
• 2019: 196
• 2018: 188
• 2017: 186
• 2016: 200

It supports SFP if you believe COVID made people killers vs Biden admin soft on crime policies.
