Hispanic Americans are the fastest growing voter block and pretty soon, within a few years, the Black voting block will not matter. Then you will not see this sort of pandering before every November election. If they think their votes don't matter now wait a few years. What a shame the left uses the Blacks then throws them away. Or in Bidens case he creates the Crime Bill and 3 Strikes you are in Jail which led to no fathers for our nations black youth. biden in effect caused many of the problems we have in the black community.

With Hispanics you have a slightly different trend regarding social issues.

They are just slightly above Blacks regarding educational attainment (as a group). And while they don't have the same arrest rates, they still are get caught up in crimes regarding drugs. And then you have to consider a substantial portion of Hispanics sympathize with illegal immigration. The middle class and higher don't, but that's not the vast majority.

They have similar social issues as Blacks. But not to the same degree.

As for B, keep in mind that Democrats won Hispanics in the last election by a comfortable margin. Democratic policies are actually beneficial to many low income Hispanics. I think a massive amount of effort is necessary to win Hispanics over by a dominant margin. I would settle for a 50/50 split.

Then they better realize that in order to win on ideas the people they are trying to reach must first desire to use logic and reason as the basis to make their decisions. This is the exact opposite of what the priorities of the American education system are today. If they are planning on using this strategy they need to play it on the right game board.
