Of course not. Your question indicates that you're either being a disingenuous shite or that your basic understanding of the issue is so poor that it's not worth the time.

So you can't answer my question. Got it.

You can use Google to read up on the subject then get back to me.

Not really. It had happened exactly four times. That's FOUR out of 2663 ISPs in the US.

The 4 largest ISP's which collectively own 90% of the MARKET!!!

That's like saying, yeah, only 3 retail stores were implicated in the recall: Amazon, Wal-Mart, and Dollar General

And the AT&T claim turned out to be bullshite. A judge threw it out in 2016.

Because judges are stupid and don't understand this crap either.

Oh please. None of us knew what Net Neutrality meant 8 years ago.

Lol. Talk about ignorant

. You act like I’m talking about tax codes and not something that is radically different than it was this time 10 years ago.

Tax codes and business regulations are not the same

But LOL. You sincerely think that this regulation is something totally new. I mean. Yeah. No wonder you can't intelligently discuss with us and think we arrived at our views because Obama

You're THAT simple

Yeah, Johnny Badass here claiming he knew about the intricasies of Net Neutrality roughly a decade ago. It just shows to me that you’re a pridefully ignorant dumbass. 99.9% had no clue what they were talking about back then, and only maybe 5% do now.

It's fricking AMAZING that you don't understand how NN fits into much larger concepts that one could hold views on for literally hundreds of years..... much less the last 8

It was there from the start, but the general public didn’t know about it. I certainly don’t buy that someone as stupid as ShortyRob knew about it at that time. Someone intelligent should be able to admit when they were ignorant about something, but dumbasses tend to double down that they were always experts on it.

ShortyRob knows that he only dislikes it because of Obama. If the God Emperor tomorrow advocated for Net Neutrality, he’d be the first in line to suck him off. He has no principles like say Sentrius does. His opinion is merely on a whim of what the Almighty Troll tells him to believe.

Ask him how the AT&T and Time Warner merger are going to create a Mega-ISP that controls all the interwebs

How many users were affected?

It's unknown exactly how many were effected. The number that was proven was enough to warrant a $1.5 million settlement that kept the exact number a secret as per the terms of the settlement. If Verizon could do it to them, they could have been doing to all of their customers.
