Is the guy or guys who are negotiating and making decisions (such as the one with the Straight, in the last day or two), currently, are they “acting like” or approaching these issues the same or similar to the recently departed decision makers? The tone of negotiations and decisions from one group to another, especially on matters of such importance, can be an aspect of regime change. In other words, did we perhaps instigate a substitution of new decision makers who are making decisions more favorable to us than the previous decision makers?
