Who has not been convicted of a crime. He was in fact exonerated from those accusations 8 years ago.

If the swamp can do that under Trump... what could they do under Ellison, Perez, and the socialists.

To be fair if I was in prison I would beg to be put in solitary. My white arse would be safe there.

Yep, very frightening stuff when one party uses the weight of government to punish its political enemies.

I watched the clip when Judge Napolitano said that, but is there "actual" documented evidence that proves he was exonerated or did they just decide not to press charges because of lack of evidence at the time?

Tap the brakes. The Black Hole of Calcutta this is not.

A new filing by federal prosecutors reveals quite a bit about the conditions of Paul Manafort's detention -- just days after lawyers for the former Trump campaign chairman said he was in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day.

The filing suggests Manafort's circumstances are much less grim. It includes taped conversations, in which Manafort has said he's being treated like a "VIP" and has access to all the paperwork he needs to prepare his defense. I "have all my files, like I would at home," he says.

Are you fricking kidding me? Manafort tried to intimidate potential witnesses for his upcoming trial. Read 18 U.S.C. § 1512

If he was exonerated 8 years ago, how can he be being tried again? Is that not double jeopardy?

So he can come and go as he pleases? Is that VIP? Can he wear his ostrich skin jacket? So many questions.

Dude had access to his laptop the whole time. Think Judy King style solitary.

I'm not saying it's right, but probably safer in there than at home where he could die in a "robbery"

This is in fact not true

If someone said to you "look Hillary has already been exonerated of charges related to her email server" you would be screaming that it isn't true, and you'd be right.

Consistency in thought, give it a try.

The irony of this is that Rod Rosenstein is the one who exonerated him.

LOL.

He went to prison because he violated the terms of his not being there. It's fun to watch you carry water for a criminal like manafort.
