Are you fricking kidding me? Manafort tried to intimidate potential witnesses for his upcoming trial. Read 18 U.S.C. § 1512

There is no allegation of intimidation only attempts to contact and influence.

Exactly which proves you have no real concern about rule of law, you only care about "getting conservatives"

I just wish you would have accepted the special counsel position. All this crying and moaning would be over with. Why'd you turn it down, anyway?

I think it's like puma vs. cougar vs. mountain lion

The bigger issue here is...are black trump supporters called trumpanzees, too? Is that not racist? What are the dang rules?

Oh?

quote:

Manafort, 69, and the 48-year-old Moscow resident Kilimnik were both charged with obstructing justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice by using intimidation or force against a witness, and also with tampering with a witness, victim or informant.

That's a pretty concrete statement of active contact. But even if it were only "attempts to contact and influence" that's still against the law.

There's nothing anti-MAGA about admitting the truth on Manafort. If anything it shows he may well have been just as swampy as someone like McCain.

Honest answer, I withdrew my name for consideration because my stipulation was that I would have been the sole investigation going on, I KNEW what a shite show it was going to be anyway, and I didn't want the House and Senate having concurrent "investigations" which just made it more of a shite show. That stipulation was rejected by everyone in DC on BOTH sides because they are shite bags who want to run this into eternity for political reasons.

Well, that's how the judge saw it and he seems pretty fair, although the two sources of the info relating to revocation are pretty sketchy themselves, Alan Friedman and Eckart Sager Both also former "journalists", Friedman of IHT and WSJ; Sager is a former producer at CNN.

But I'm sure honest Bob would never base a legal argument on a sketchy source.

Who has not been convicted of a crime. He was in fact exonerated from those accusations 8 years ago.

If the swamp can do that under Trump... what could they do under Ellison, Perez, and the socialists.
