From everything I've read Russian reports have been correct while the Ukraine ones are propaganda using video from years ago or video games. I want Russia to lose but based on all the evidence so far this report is probably correct.

It's easier to see disinformation that doesn't agree with your priors. The Dossier was filled with disinfo and shouldn't have been published because it was unvetted rumor (mostly from Russian sources). It's done a lot of damage. But there's a lot more to that time and story than the dossier. Russia's been active in our politics and it's been about Ukraine since at least 2016.
