Exactly. She’s been exposed on the web, but I think she’s intentionally inflammatory here to become a Fox News analyst. Kanye endorsing her probably made her shite her pants. This. It's like when Dave Rubin talks about going to a conservative event and talking about stuff that the media would convince you conservatives would object to.

The GOOD thing is to be ABLE to talk about the things we differ on, whereas the Lefzis only want to shout down anything less than 100% orthodoxy.

THAT is the difference between the two cultures, and she and Rubin are good examples of people who still have their core principles, but are calling out the tyranny of the other side.

You people who demand that they completely adhere to your principles are part of the problem.

I really fail to see how you've come to this conclusion. Being a gay conservative, I understand where she is coming from. She's not obsessed with identity politics; she's uniquely equipped to combat it because she's been on the other side. Black conservatives and gay conservatives and female conservatives are all vilified by the left because we frighten them. The left has built its house on the foundation that blacks, and gays, and women will vote heavily democratic, and when anyone who falls into those categories dares to think for themself, the left gets vile, nasty, and nothing is off limits.

I understand her passion on the topic. Some of the most hateful and intolerant and bigoted things I've ever had said to me came from other gays who were displeased I wasn't drinking the Kool aid and that I dared to have an opinion of my own. Let me tell you, seeing it with your own eyes and having it thrown at you by your "community" cuts deep.

I hope she keeps talking and I hope she keeps spreading her message. It's powerful and I can tell you it's truthful. My experiences aren't hers, but I imagine I know some of what she's gone through.
