What should have happened was slaveowner land should have been taken and divided among the slaves after the civil war.

Why? Until the ratification of the 13th amendment slave owners hadn't broken any laws. That's civil asset forfeiture on steroids.

I think every European bloodline decedent should receive reparations from Italy, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, all former Ottoman Empire countries, etc..

You do realize that the North had slaves as well, right?
The imagery in modern culture is the entire South was made up of nothing but vast open cotton fields and huge planation homes owned by rich white people who didn't want to give up their slaves.
Reality is percentage-wise very few in the South owned plantations with slaves and the majority of families lived in small homes and independently farmed. The North didn't free their slaves, they simply SOLD them to the South, hence the saying "sold down the river". The North's need for slaves in factories died off with industrialization, thereby instituting their moral righteousness we see in history.
So, how is the land to be divided in the North where the slaves worked in factories and shops and not on open fields of farming.
Also, the War for Southern Indepenece wasn't fought to free the slaves.

Nope. Most received nothing. The 40 acres and a mule was a hollow promise.
BTW, it wasn’t just slavery. After emancipation they were segregated and shut out of meaningful opportunity for over a century. That’s reality.

None of my direct ancestors were here pre-Civil war and earliest from either my father or mother’s side arrive pre WWI but late 1800’s

We inherited our land which my in-laws purchased over 70 years ago and have paid taxes on it for nearly 40 years. Our 7 year old black neighbor told my SIL that we did not pay for our land and did not deserve to live on it. His uncle that owns the trailer they live in is going to take all of our land, our houses and the buildings on our
property because it should belong to them.

12mm slaves were exported from Africa and only 400K ended up in the USA. The USA abolished slavery before much of the world.
US slavery was no better or worse than all other forms of slavery so if it should be repared in the USA then it should be repared all over the world, right?

Yep. 40 acres per slave / ancestry. 1 child? 40 acres. 2 children? 20 acres each. 80 great great grand children? .5 acre each. Dispersed out of vast federal lands. They could then sell the land to another private citizen. There's a great way to privitize federal land.
