2020 and 2021 the state election board was controlled by the SOS. Raffensperger controlled election investigations. That changed in the 2021 election law passed in GA by the Legislature and signed by Kemp. The state election board is now controlled by the GA legislature.

You talking about ballot harvesting? READ the fricking 2021 GA election law that was passed. In 2020, 20% of the total vote was mail in ballot. In 2022, mail in ballots were only 5% of the vote. The intention of the 2021 law was to get people to show in person to vote. It worked.
