In a nutshell this deranged cretin supports allowing minors onto a medical-transition pathway, including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, on the basis of their stated gender identity and clinical assessment, despite major uncertainty about long-term outcomes.
She also rejects a firm minimum age and believes even minors should be judged individually for capacity to consent to medical transition.
Oh! By the way, if you disagree you should go to prison!

How can they have a capacity for the knowledge and wisdom to consent when they don't have the life experience yet to know whom they even are yet, much less whom they want to be nor why.

So basically she also supports pedophilia. If there are no age limits to children making perm decisions about their body such as trans healthcare then she wouldn't have any issues with kids consenting to having sex with adults.
