What advice would you give a gay teen? If they ask you sexual questions, what do you say?

If I’m in a school setting?

1. Abstinence is best
2. Always use protection
3. I can’t discuss details about sex with you, I’m your teacher and that is completely inappropriate.
4. Have you tried talking to your parents, grandparents or other trusted relative

Same as I’d give a straight kid.

You are way off base with this. It reminds me of my friend’s wife who was suspicious of the one-legged woman living in the apartment below her. She told her husband, “What’s a one legged woman doing with a two bedroom apartment?” The two things just have nothing to do with each other.

This is dumb, even by your standards.

No way you can have children & make this statement. You're perfectly fine with a gay teacher sitting around talking about sex with gay teens?? You don't see a potential problem there?

WTF

That's the problem, many families would disown them or tell them to shut up. So most are scared to bring it up. They need one of their own for guidance or someone who is educated about gay youth.

A gay adult who “guides” a gay teen is a groomer.

A persons sexuality doesn’t define them. That’s another thing I’d tell them. Democrats think race/sex/sexuality are what determines who a person is, how they think, how they live, etc. That’s the problem here.

He knew prior.

They are no more of a groomer than sex ed teachers talking to straight teens. If the teen is straight then I agree with you. Now do you see what I mean? We cannot relate to gay teens if we think educating them about their sexual preferences is grooming.

He got married on the anniversary of the Tiannamem Square massacre.

The vast majority of kids don't talk to their parents or teachers about sex & they turn out just fine.

Even if this was true (and it’s not), it doesn’t give the government the right to usurp parental rights over children.

How does he have no investments or real estate?

Does he not have a pension or a 403b? He doesn't own a home?

What kid asks their mom and dad for how to stimulate a clit or give a blow job? Seriously, I'd be grossed the F out to talk to my mom about sex. Or my dad. Are you from Alabama?

That's what friends and porn or for.

Sex Ed classes are not divided by sexual preference. Sex Ed isn’t taught in a “club” setting.

No. I don’t think sexuality belongs in school. Sex Ed isn’t about sexuality. It’s about how the human body works. It’s more or less a type of biology class.

quote:

Teachers shouldn’t be filling this role at all. It’s inappropriate, no matter the sexuality of the teen. This is some freaky groomer sounding shite.

You are truly clueless. I don't really see the need for sex ed anymore now that we have the internet, but at least it's in a classroom environment & there's an approved curriculum.

It's a little different than Tampon Tim taking all the sexually confused kids for a rap session about buttfricking every Tuesday after school.

In what sick world that you have created is an underage male student coming up to his teacher to ask him about being gay? Any teacher with even a drop of common sense would remove themselves from that situation as fast as humanly possible. Nothing good will come out of having that discussion with him in a school setting and it's crazy you would think otherwise

Sean Trende made an interesting point in an RCP article yesterday about the VP pick:

quote:

Frankly, Walz’s gubernatorial campaigns in Minnesota weren’t particularly strong either, and by 2022 his support had mostly dried up outside of urban areas (which in Minnesota is enough to win).

So literal grooming

You should not be allowed anywhere near school aged children
