Unaffiliated with any party now. I did strongly consider the Constitution Party, but there are a few things in their platform I disagreed with.

Here's a link to the Constitution Party platform for anyone interested.

Be whatever the frick you want. But in November there are only two choices. Choose the better option of the two.

The GOP is the only party that is actually stopping the looney toons Democrats from taking over. Thanks for doing nothing to fight the Left.

Been a Democrat for decades, not leaving the party now to let the harebrained idiots have unfettered control. I’m unashamedly voting a straight Republican ticket this fall and look forward to laughing at Dem pollsters on my doorstep in the next few weeks asking for my support.

Will anyone ever get tired of this?

Is it wrong? Is there a third option? Any chance anyone else can become president? No. It’s going to be one of the two. It is a fact. Facts are stubborn things.

That is all well and good. I understand people getting frustrated. But in reality, the GOP is all that stands between us becoming a socialist country. Voting 3rd party won't achieve anything.

Why register as anything? I’m Conservative, but I’ve never joined any party.

Unless you live in an open primary state, congrats on losing your right to vote in local primary elections.

Replace TRUMP with GOP and you’re correct. Make no mistake, a larger majority within the GOP than you want to admit have no issue with slipping further into socialism as long as they retain their power and control. Leaving the GOP does not mean abandoning conservative values. You could argue the GOP has largely done that.

It is a sad reality, but still reality. It sucks that the Democratic Party has decided to back full blown socialism. The only chance this country has to not go full blown socialist and eventually communist is the weak arse Republican Party.

Actually if it is a conservative voting 3rd party, then it achieves one less vote for not going socialist.

My favorite part about the GOP is they way they collectively allow the Democrat minority to dictate terms.

Works for me as long as you vote straight ticket Republican. You can vote for whoever you want in the midterms.
