I can't understand why republicans want to cede control over the basic questions of family planning and bodily integrity to the state. If you tolerate the state controlling your body and your reproduction, you have given absolute power to the state.
Both we as individuals and the state should recognize this and justice should be sought for the wrongful taking of life, whether for our bodies or the ones growing in wombs.

The state controls our reproduction now that Roe v Wade is gone? Like I'm only allowed to have sex with my wife when they say I can? Or we aren't allowed to use the pill or condoms? The state is forcing me to get my wife pregnant? The state is forcing people who don't want babies to have unprotected sex?
I'm failing to see where reproduction is controlled.

Well, I'm sure we can agree on incest/rape that the female, that maybe very young has the "right" to decide what is best for them. Not some male.
