I heard very recently rumors of him having a seizure. Not sure if that is what this is but I dismissed it as fake news because I figured there was no way that wouldn't have broken at some point

his most recent walk up AF1 short stairs shows him saluting half assed with his right hand when I think he has used the left in the past.
his left arm looked like it was hanging immobile.
we have been told he was resigning for sure this weekend but his campaign said hell no.

That would be my guess too. Experienced it with some mid 80s to 90 year old family members & in-laws, Biden has the same & similar symptoms, including the volatile temper and disorientation, when they forget where they are, what they should do, lose track in the middle of a sentence, sun-downing (disorientation late in the day), falling for no apparent reason, etc. Biden has it but I have seen worse.
