Watching College Basketball between Michigan and Purdue and a Purdue advertisement comes on. It features nothing but the Purdue students walking around campus, mostly outside, wearing masks.
I really hate masks masks. Especially masks outside.

At first I laughed at all the designer masks and even bought a few themed ones to try and take the sting off. But I hate them so much now.

I've been shocked how many people comply around Baton Rouge.
The general public typically has the attention span of a gnat but they have hung on to this.

Especially given that I've already had covid (recently so still immune), the only reason I wear a mask anywhere is out of respect for the employees of companies with mask policies. It's really uncool to put those people in an awkward position.

Yes I have a full gaitor, and I fuqing hate it. I have to wear because my company requires it.

I’d hate to be a coach during this crap. Kids playing basketball and sweating and spitting all over each other but the coach can’t communicate clearly bc he’s fighting his mask constantly bc of political reasons / enforcement.
There is zero common sense being used with all of this, and I feel horrible for anyone that has to wear these stupid things all day long bc of their job.

People in Baton Rouge act deathly afraid. I've started to go out towards the suburbs more for things like groceries just to see more normal acting people.
