It always sounds better on official letterhead from a lawyers office. They will pay much closer attention to it.
If you’re going to risk it, this is the only proper way to go. File for a religious exemption with a strongly worded letter on attorney stationary and maybe a cease and desist letter addressing the voluntary resignation part of the policy.

I work for a large company and I have a feeling it’s coming. They have been asking for our status but they are already understaffed. I don’t know the numbers of unvaxxed but losing any significant portion of employees would be a huge problem. I don’t think they would do it unless it was forced on them.(No government contracts)

Frick you guys who resign or quit your job. It's your choice. I'm 60 and only have a few more years to work. If a better job opens up for whatever reason I'm applying.
It's smart business sense from my point of view. It sucks that you're being forced to do it.

Many are aware of their own weakness and compliant nature. I've heard so many empty justifications. You can smell the lanolin and fear. Some of the stellar chaps I work with abhor anyones ready ability to step away and say no. Perhaps the globalists realize that the time is ripe to separate the wheat from the chaff.
