Look, this was selective prosecution. It's a horrible, banana republic move. But why can't we see it objectively?

I'd bet the farm you either love someone or are friends with someone who's had an affair. Trump isn't perfect, but you don't have to be to admire someone. And as far as cheating the financial system, I think Kevin O'Leary (certainly not a Trump sycophant) has made it pretty clear: Trump is no different than any NYC real estate developer. He uses the system to his advantage.

I agree with about everything you said

I got on board with him in 2015 before anyone else I knew in real life. 2020 showed me clearly what his limitations are and the fact of the matter is his knowledge and expertise isn’t sufficient to handle the avalanche of resistance he meets.

So I just don’t think he’s the answer many want him to be. I’ll forever be grateful to him for exposing the corruption he has, and this should focus our efforts to rallying behind people who might be able to fight back. I’ve yet to see that person, but I know what to look for.
