...I mean, I get that no knock warrants set this calamity up, but I can't fault the cops for shooting back as they were taking incoming from some dude...while, at the time, serving a legal warrant. I understand they're complaints about how the warrant was obtained...I understand that some argue against no knock warrants in general...but I can't blame the guy for shooting at the cops (when he had no clue what the hell was going on when some folks barge into the place in the middle of the night)...or the cops for returning fire and accidentally killing that poor girl. Sucks.

Why must you people lie?

They knocked.

Simply put, no knock warrants should not be allowed. There is too much chance that this kind of thing will happen. The gov't should not be able to bust into you house without major announcement they are the police.

This wasn't a no knock warrant, though.

Just because he's wrong doesn't mean he's lying.

You're better than that.

He’s a CBS kind of guy.

If he doesn’t know they knocked and this wasn’t no knock by now then he doesn’t want the truth.

He needs to be better.

So sick and tired of seeing this LIE perpetuated.

They knocked so loudly that it brought neighbors out of their homes.

Brandon Tatum has a video up that is about an hour long, if memory serves. All of the pertinent content in it comes from public records.

So, keep it up, jackass... you're exactly the kind of useful idiot evil people depend on.

If cops kicked in your door in the middle of the night, what would be your first thoughts and reactions?

I wouldn't be in a position to have police executing any sort of warrant at my home, for one.

But I'll engage you.

In this case, I would have answered the door when the police knocked and announced themselves.

Yes, it was a no knock warrant, but the officers still knocked.

What were the complaints about how it was obtained. The only thing I have seen complained about is people claiming they already had the interested party in custody. But, no one wants to discuss the fact that they were serving the warrant on at least 2 locations simultaneously, and the reason the person was already in custody is because the officers waited a few minutes because they knocked on the door.

Yeah, but it wasn't. It was a knock and announce.

I do. It started when her parents named her BreOnna. Set up for failure.

Fist it was a,” no knock” so there is that.
Second, it’s the middle of the night

Third, police have kicked down the wrong doors before

The boyfriend was charged with attempted murder for 60+ days. Also, the police definitely attempted some post-incident frickery to cover certain things up and/or taint the victims.
