I couldn’t find mine either so I contacted the county that I was born in and it was sent to me in less than 2 weeks

Seriously, I do not know many adults who still have the "original". It is easy as hell to get. It no longer even takes a phone call. Just go online.
Edit - in the actual quote, he goes on to say that Minka does not know where she was born because it was the 60's and she was never told.
I feel he was trying to be serious here, but I have never met anyone who did not know where they were born. That just sounds stupid and blaming it on "the 60's" is gaslighting extreme.

Not to mention it’s also on your passport. I assume she’s traveled outside of the country.
ETA: she wouldn’t be able to fly. It’s required to get Real ID.

Didn’t read her full wiki but her father was a national security advisor to Carter and both her parents were migrants, polish father and Swiss mother. There’s no way she doesn’t know where she was born. Just like the user below you pointed out she likely has a passport and has had to use her birth certificate many times to where she would know.
